Returns & Exchanges
We offer Returns & Exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase of your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product(s), we then provide exchanges in the form of store credit. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
Before sending us the product you wish to return, kindly send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reasons why you would like to return the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly encourage you to send your returned product with a delivery service that offers tracking, we cannot be responsible for returned products that have not been received by our office in the conditions described above.
Returns & Exchanges Exemption
Several types of goods cannot be returned or exchanged such as perishable goods, intimate care & personal hygiene items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the amount will be accredited to your account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we can process the exchange once we have received the item.
